yesterday (monday) was supposed to be my first day back on plan. i did fairly well considering ive been eating pretty much whatever i want for the last month. i am to have 23 points per day (i am following the old plan) here's how my day went;
breakfast - egg beater omelette (1/2c) with 1 slice of cheese = 2pts
snack - mousse temptations jello snack = 1pt
lunch - lean cuisine meal = 5pts
snack - special k crisp bar = 2 pts
i had 2 cookies in the afternoon. no idea on points.
dinner - cheese sausage on a bun = 11pts with noodles = 3pts
snack - fun size snickers = 1pt
total is 24 points plus whatever the cookies were. not so good. but i did also get in 3 bottles of water.
hopefully today will be a better day
