so today was officially day one of me being back on plan. i NEED this week to go well so that i can get in that dress with no alterations needed. this *should* be enough to keep me motivated... at least it was today.
so this morning i get on the scale. it reads
182.2 (holy crap!!) i weighed a bit lower on a friends scale (180.2) but since this is the scale thats going to be used the most this is what i'll go with. hopefully alot of these pounds will be flushed out quickly by simply upping my water (ive been nowhere near my 8 glasses lately)
I'm allowed 23 points. my day went like this:
breakfast chocolate chocolate chip banana muffin (3pts) with a cup of tea (0pts)
snack watermelon (1pt) <although i dont think food should be counted but w.e.>
lunch arnolds sandwich thin (1pt) with 1/2c eggbeaters (1pt) and 1 slice cheese (1pt)
yoplait light yogurt (2pts)
snack 100 calorie slimfast chocolate mint bar (2pts)
dinner Asian chicken drumsticks (5pts) 1/2c noodles (3pts) corn on the cob (1pt)
this leaves me with 3 pts left for weight watchers caramel apple popcorn tonight
(but only after a game of just dance on the wii for exercise)
