so yesterday apparantly went great. i stayed on plan, drank my 4 bottles of water and the scale showed me the love this morning. down to 178.8. not enough to get the dress done up, but still great success. hopefully i see the numbers go down alot over the next couple days. my goal is to get that dress done up by friday.
today my day went like this:
bfast - chocolate chocolate chip banana muffin with a tea (3pts)
snack - nature valley apple cobbler bar and another tea (2pts)
lunch - sandwich thin (1pt) with 1/2 c egg beaters (1pt)
snack - 100 calorie slimfast chocolate caramel bar (2pts)
dinner- 9 ravioli (4) spag sauce (1) cheese (3) breadstick (3)
tonights snack will be weight watchers kettle corn and a bottle of water. this will put me at 23 points and 3 bottles of water in. just need to fit one more in before the night is out. will also be playing 1 hour of just dance on the wii again. it was lots of fun and im sure it helped with the scale.
