day 3.

another day another pound .. woo hoo! down to 177.8 today. im home today so unable to try on the dress but i will be headed back there tomorrow. fingers crossed i get another pound or two down by then and it does up.

today my day went like this:
bfast - 1/2c egg beater on sandwich thin w/1 cheese (3pts)
snack- chocolate banana muffin 3pts
lunch - 9 ravioli with tomato sauce 5pts
snack - 100 calorie lucky charms bar 2pts
dinner - 1 1/4c chicken chili on 1c rice 6pts
snack - ww popcorn 3pts

mine will be minus the cheese/sour cream though. just chili and rice for me.

day 2

so yesterday apparantly went great. i stayed on plan, drank my 4 bottles of water and the scale showed me the love this morning. down to 178.8. not enough to get the dress done up, but still great success. hopefully i see the numbers go down alot over the next couple days. my goal is to get that dress done up by friday.

today my day went like this:
bfast - chocolate chocolate chip banana muffin with a tea (3pts)
snack - nature valley apple cobbler bar and another tea (2pts)
lunch - sandwich thin (1pt) with 1/2 c egg beaters (1pt)
snack - 100 calorie slimfast chocolate caramel bar (2pts)
dinner- 9 ravioli (4) spag sauce (1) cheese (3) breadstick (3)

tonights snack will be weight watchers kettle corn and a bottle of water. this will put me at 23 points and 3 bottles of water in. just need to fit one more in before the night is out. will also be playing 1 hour of just dance on the wii again. it was lots of fun and im sure it helped with the scale.

a new start...

so today was officially day one of me being back on plan. i NEED this week to go well so that i can get in that dress with no alterations needed. this *should* be enough to keep me motivated... at least it was today.

so this morning i get on the scale. it reads 182.2 (holy crap!!) i weighed a bit lower on a friends scale (180.2) but since this is the scale thats going to be used the most this is what i'll go with. hopefully alot of these pounds will be flushed out quickly by simply upping my water (ive been nowhere near my 8 glasses lately)

I'm allowed 23 points.  my day went like this:

breakfast   chocolate chocolate chip banana muffin (3pts) with a cup of tea (0pts)
snack        watermelon (1pt) <although i dont think food should be counted but w.e.>
lunch         arnolds sandwich thin (1pt) with 1/2c eggbeaters (1pt) and 1 slice cheese (1pt)
                 yoplait light yogurt (2pts)
snack        100 calorie slimfast chocolate mint bar (2pts)
dinner       Asian chicken drumsticks (5pts) 1/2c noodles (3pts) corn on the cob (1pt)

this leaves me with 3 pts left for weight watchers caramel apple popcorn tonight
(but only after a game of just dance on the wii for exercise)

AAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

So not only did i stop posting, but i also stopped dieting. bad bad idea.

I went with my girls shopping for bridesmaids dresses on July 9th. Now, almost 1 month later the dresses are in and I cant do mine up!!!!! I cant freaking believe it! In just 3 weeks is the wedding.

Starting tomorrow morning i am back on plan following weight watchers, my hope is to lose 5 lbs this week which will hopefully be enough to get my dress done up. Otherwise i'm going to have to go this weekend and have it let out which i really really really dont want to do. In the event i do get it done up it will keep me motivated enough to stay on plan for at least the next 3 weeks so this doesnt happen again.

(my first "diet" recipe is baking now. Skinnytaste's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins. Since i follow the old plan these are only 3 points and perfect to go with my morning tea. Cant' wait to try them!)


only mine are glaze less cus i used up all my icing sugar making cupcakes for DD2's birthday this weekend.
